I like to work with like minded individuals who care about the process of creation. I generally fill the Game Designer, Producer, Team manager roles in a team and give people an environment and pipeline to flourish their skills and show why they're talented. I care about the individuals and the path it takes to reach the end.
The goal for all these beliefs and inspirations is to make experiential representations of me and what I've gone through, I know people have been through the types of struggles, hurt, pain and horrible loss I've gone through and my only goal and belief is too make experiences for them personally, to reach out and let them know they aren't the only ones.
To help them; to read out a personal book and give some semblance to others of belonging.
Games should aim to be experiences and whenever I'm crafting a project I always bring that notion front and center whether it be a personal or paid project.
