The original creators were set to launch the newest instalment to the Beached Az franchise, dedicated to promoting ocean health awareness and addressing climate change issues.

Drawing on the classic and absurd humour from the Beached Az universe, Chaos Theory designed new, unforgettable characters.

The outlandish, yet relatable personification of the corals allowed us to raise awareness and address serious issues within the game in a way that would resonate with our audience.

Voiced by the original creators, Tony, Pete and Oscar are full of witty NZ & Aussie banter, depressing ocean facts and confrontational, social commentary to keep players entertained for hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with voice actors and original creators of the hit series to record audio for the game.

• Organising playtests and iterating on the fun.

• Assisting developers with the design of voice-acting systems to best make use of the dialogue given to us.

• Planning new features in conjunction with multiple planned releases

• Responsible for tactful budgets and planning, with studio directors and discipline leads for clients and partners.

• Assessing Risk and planning mitigations throughout all stages of development effectively.

• Developing and facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders and disseminating outcomes.

• Guided 6 concurrent teams of 3-8 people through development projects for external stakeholders.

• Coordinated teams to solve complex project-related problems/mishaps. I.E. late delivery, bugs, release cadence.
