Key Responsibilities

• Leading experienced game dev teams of diverse cross-functioning disciplines across Australia, in multiple states and time zones.

• Coordinating new features in conjunction with upcoming releases.

• Responsible for tactful budgets and planning, with studio directors and discipline leads for clients and partners.

• Assessing Risk and planning mitigations throughout all stages of development effectively.

• Developing and facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders and disseminating outcomes.

• Publishing releases in multiple countries in line with partners’ other marketing initiatives.

• Training team and mentoring others in agile methodologies.
